On Demand Remote Support is able to support anyone that is connected to the Internet, even in low bandwidth situations. There is no need to make any changes to your existing network configuration as our On Demand Remote Support can traverse most network firewalls and proxy servers. This allows a quick and easy connection between the representative and remote user anytime, anywhere.
The On Demand Remote Support process is simple to understand and easy to use:
Step 1: Request For Remote Support
Send us a e-mail to support@e-soft.com.my to request for technical support. After payment have been done, our software engineer will send you a instruction to download Remote Support Application Program.
Step 2: Connect
The remote user launches the Remote Support application software & click on technical support icon, and the system will enters the session code to establish a connection.
Step 3: Diagnose and Resolve
Our software engineer helps to diagnose & resolve the remote user’s problems in real time by using the advance Remote support tool.
Step 4: Disconnect
Once the problem has been resolved, the session can be disconnected. A summary of the support session detailing the session length, representative number, and contact information will be sent to the remote user. Once the session has been disconnected, the representative cannot reconnect with the remote user’s PC.
